Healthy Weight loss mango chia Smoothiee
Steps :
- Soak one tablespoon Basil or sabja seeds / or chiaseeds or mix of both.
- Soak then in half cup milk overnight, and store in glass or jar overnight in fridge.
- Take half mango, remove pulp .
- Take 5 soaked almonds and 1 walnut , add 2 khajoor or dates (deseed)
- In a mixi jar, add mago pulp, dates, almonds walnut, and blend with half cup cold water.
Now take out soaked chia or sabja seeds and pour this mango pulp in jar.
Enjoy chill mango smoothie
