Roasted black chickpea flour is also known as chane ka sattu
Steps to make :
1. Add 2 tbsp sattu in a glass of water. You can make the drink thick or thin.
2. Add 2 to 3 pinch of black salt in a glass of water ( can be room temperature water or a mix of cold or add ice cubes. ) For some tang, add lemon or lime juice( half ) .
3. Stir and mix everything very well. Breaks small lumps if any with the spoon or use a hand blender or use a shaker cup. it's ready to serve.
